Questions about a guide
Ask how to cost a recipe, adapt a method to a smaller household or compare two shelf labels. We cannot price your personal shopping list, but we can point to the right part of a guide.
Privacy requests
To ask about data held in server logs, or to request access, correction or erasure, write with the subject line "Privacy request". See the Privacy Policy for your rights.
Before you write
- The answer to many common questions is in the FAQ on the homepage.
- This site is not a supermarket or an app provider. For orders, deliveries, refunds or account problems, contact the store or app directly.
- We do not accept paid placements or sponsored guides, so requests of that kind will not receive a reply.
- Please do not send bank details, passwords or other sensitive personal information by email.
